Introduction

Being aware of that the European and International dimensions represent a capital issue for an art school, the ESADSE has been developing since 1990 an international cooperation strategy through many actions: exchanges of exhibitions, artists, teachers and students.

- A network of 41 partner art schools of the world has been implemented (29 in Europe and 12 out of Europe) in order to promote the international mobility. Each student is invited to spend time abroad during year 4 for duration of 3 to 8 months.

- The student can benefit from four kinds of grants, upon some conditions, which can be held concurrently: the Erasmus, the Rhône-Alpes Region, the Loire Department and the OFAJ (for mobility in Germany) grants.
